We're just about to set off for Harrogate (we're about 20miles west of Dumfries). It is snowing, but isn't settling, yet. It's supposed to be coming in from the North and West, so if we leave in the next 20 minutes I'm hoping we'll stay ahead of it. The weather forcast assures me it will be clear across to Scotch Corner.
I've loaded blankets into the car, just in case...
